Terms of service

These terms govern your use of Cyberdeck, including the website, the web app and the API (the "service"), provided by the operator of Cyberdeck ("we"). By using the service you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use it.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally allowed to use a service like this where you live. You are responsible for complying with your local laws.

2. Your account

  • Your 24-character account key is the only credential. Anyone who has it controls the account. Keep it secret.
  • We store only a keyed hash of the key and cannot recover it, reset it or move a plan to a new account if you lose it.
  • API keys act on behalf of your account. Revoke a key immediately if it leaks.

3. Plans and payments

  • Paid plans are prepaid in 30-day months. There is no automatic renewal; when time runs out you return to Free.
  • Credits are granted per 30-day cycle and otherwise do not carry over. On plans marked "rollover", unused credits move to the next cycle, up to one cycle's allotment, as long as you stay on that plan; switching plans or letting the plan lapse forfeits them. Credit packs are one-off purchases: pack credits are used only after the plan's credits for the current period are exhausted and do not expire while the account exists. Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred and are not refunded.
  • Prices are set in US dollars and paid in cryptocurrency: through our BTCPay checkout at the exchange rate shown when the invoice is created, or in stablecoins by sending the exact amount shown, on the network shown. Network fees are yours. Unpaid or underpaid payment requests expire.
  • Stablecoin transfers are matched by their exact amount. A transfer of a different amount, of another token or on another network cannot be matched automatically; contact support with the transaction hash and we will try to help, but funds sent on the wrong network may be unrecoverable.
  • A plan activates once the payment is confirmed on its network, which can take from seconds to about an hour.
  • Extending an active plan adds prepaid time without restarting its credit cycle or refilling credits immediately. Unused rollover stays on the existing cycle schedule. To add credits immediately, buy a credit pack. When switching to a different plan, remaining time is converted by value (remaining days × old price ÷ new price) and added to the time bought; the new plan starts a new credit cycle.
  • Crypto payments are final. Prepaid time is non-refundable, including after account deletion, except where the law requires otherwise. Price changes never affect time you have already paid for.
  • A valid Lite or Plus giveaway code grants one 30-day cycle of its issued plan without payment or automatic renewal. It can be activated only on Free, including after a paid plan expires; it never replaces an active paid subscription. Each code is single-use, with one code per account per issuance batch, and must be activated before its stated deadline. Retrying an already redeemed code adds no time or credits. Unused codes may be revoked.

4. Credits and fair use

  • Usage is measured in credits and limited per plan as shown on the pricing page.
  • One free account per person. Creating accounts in bulk, or otherwise working around limits, is not allowed.
  • You may not resell or share access to the service as your own product without our written permission. Using the API inside your own application for your own users is fine within your plan's limits.

5. Acceptable use

The models are served without added content filters. That is a choice to respect adults, not permission to break the law or hurt people. You must not use the service to:

  • Create, request or distribute any sexual content involving minors, in any form, including fiction.
  • Plan, incite or facilitate real-world violence against identifiable people, or harass, threaten or dox them.
  • Write or deploy malware, or attack, scan or gain unauthorised access to systems you do not own.
  • Commit fraud, scams, impersonation or other illegal activity.
  • Use another person's name, voice, image or likeness in a way they have not consented to.
  • Infringe copyright or other intellectual property rights.
  • Attack, overload or probe the service itself, or interfere with other users.
  • Resell or share access to your account or API keys.

6. Content and outputs

  • Model outputs can be wrong, outdated, biased or offensive. They are not professional (medical, legal, financial or other) advice. You are responsible for how you use them.
  • We claim no ownership of your inputs or outputs. We retain shared history only as encrypted snapshots; personal history stays in your browser. You are responsible for having the rights to what you send and share.
  • Models may be updated, replaced or retired over time.

7. Enforcement

We do not keep a plaintext conversation archive. We act on credible reports and on abuse of the infrastructure (for example automated account creation or attacks on the service). We may revoke API keys, suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms, without refund.

8. Availability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". It depends on third-party infrastructure that can be slow, rate-limited or unavailable. We may change, limit or discontinue features or models, and there is no uptime guarantee. Do not use the service where a wrong or missing answer could cause death, injury or serious financial or safety harm.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, loss of data or loss of profits arising from the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

These disclaimers and limitations also cover our infrastructure and model providers. They make no promises to you and are not liable to you for the service or its outputs.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
